TRIAL 1: Chronic Low Back Pain – on daily pain medicine
Do you have moderate to severe low back pain lasting at least several hours daily as your predominant pain condition for at least 3 months?
Is your low back pain caused by something other than cancer or a pinched nerve, and if it radiates down one or both legs, does it NOT radiate below your knees?
Do you take pain medication daily but still have an average daily pain score of 5 or greater on a 0-10 scale?

TRIAL 2: Gout
Are you male or female, 18 – 85 years of age, with a diagnosis of gout or a history of gout symptoms?
Have you had at least two (2) gout flares in the past year?
Are you ready to take control of your gout and optimize your treatment?

TRIAL 3: Uncontrolled Cancer Pain
Do you have severe (7 or greater on a 0 – 10 scale) focal cancer pain (localized to a specific area) which persists despite treatment with conventional pain medications?
Is your focal area of cancer pain below your jaw (not on your head or face)?
Do you have a life expectancy of at least 2 months?
